The staff are brilliant. We got to granarda to find our hotel the inglaterra.hotel granarda.wich we paid for 6 nights.had cancelled on us due to our holiday firm jetline holidays we came 20th.leaving 1st.october. so we had no beds .and we had paid though jetline holidays. To find our room been cancelled .so I panicked.but lucky I went on booking .com got 1room in casablanca Hotel. Had word with the lovely guy on reception told him what happened..and he had word with management. And told us we can have room for remaing 5days .not only that 2nd night they upgraded us to buetiful lrg room .they are truly brilliant. Hotels spotless nr all shops .and train that takes you through city tours.op.breakfast very good.i give 10 stars excellent from us thanks so much.all I need to do now is to get my money back from my holiday agent for hotel inglaterra we diddent stay but .got treated badley and staff were really rude .especially the guy on reception well done hotel casablanca xx

The location is GREAT. Everything is close by and there are many shops and tapas spots around. The staff was so warm, helpful and welcoming. Check-in was very simple and quick. All the facilities worked just fine. Honestly a very enjoyable experience overrall, I am very grateful.

Front desk staff was great! 10 minutes walk to most all attractions and restaurants. We did not do the daily breakfast, but it looked like the had out plenty of good choices.

Location is excellent. It is right at the center of Granada. Hotel facilities are good. My room has a small balcony. Bed is the most amazing part, very comfortable. Value for money. Staff are very helpful, they arranged taxi service for me going to the the train and bus stations.
